[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #6064 (revisited): htmlArea RTE adds unwanted <p> tags in table cells

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
This issue was fixed a while ago in gecko browsers with the introduction 
of Page TSConfig property RTE.default.buttons.table.disableEnterParagraphs
However, the property was not yet honoured in IE.

Solution:
The attached patch will handle the enter key event for IE.
