[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7748: IRRE - Storage page for combined child records not used

The following changes were committed to SVN TYPO3_4-2 (rev. 3398)

Problem:
RFC #5242 offered the possibility to store new child records on a 
configurable storage page. However the combined mode does not use this 
definition for new records.

Solution:
Use the pid of the dynamically created new record also in the combined mode.
