[TYPO3-core] FYI: Post cleanup of topapps, some parts were not removed with Changeset 2908

Hi all,

just to let you know: when removing topapps with Changeset 2908 not all 
parts were removed. I just cleaned it up now...

However, the attached patch does not show the removed files, but you'll 
see it when updating from SVN.
