[TYPO3-core] FYI: Cleaned up dead code related to htmlArea RTE clickenlarge feature

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
It was once planned to implement the RTE clickenlarge feature using a 
custom tag. The approach did not work in IE. Some code was left over.

Solution:
Cleanup the dead code.
