[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7770: htmlArea RTE: shift+tab in table body does not move back into thead

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Pressing shift+tab in table body does not move back into thead.

Solution:
Pressing shift+tab in the first cell of table body should move back into 
the last cell of thead, if it exists, same from tfoot to body and thead 
to tfoot.
