[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7757: htmlArea RTE: Alternating table rows/columns should start at 1

Problem:
With htmlArea RTE, when configuring a class with alternating styles for 
rows/columns of a table, the initial position is 0. For typical users, 
it would be better to let the counter start at 1.

Solution:
Make 1 the first counter position and the default starting position.
