[TYPO3-core] Checkbox "Disable RTE editor" removed - why?

Hi List,

I also want this checkbox back, until there is an easy to use 
alternative. I have Typo3 4.2beta2 productive in use (only for admins), 
because the new feature -> localization of IRRE Cild Records.

Had alerady some complaints about the missing Checkbox "Disable RTE editor".

Has someone of you a patch to re-add it?
