[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7725: buttons.left(right, center, justifyfull).useClass not honored by htmlArea RTE

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
RTE.default.buttons.left (right, center, justifyfull).useClass is not 
honored. Default classes "align-left", "align-right", etc. are always used.

Solution:
Correct Block Elements plugin initialization.
