[TYPO3-core] RFC #8564: Result of t3lib_BEfunc::getProcessedValue is hardcoded and therefore cannot be translated

now that the culprit is found (thanks again to Olly), we can go on here 
without worrying I think.
Just be a bit more careful when commiting the next times, guys...
