That really is not good. Would have been nice if that would have been 
noticed beforehand or if someone knew that there might be such problems...
But noone expressed his concerns...
However, the task should now be to find the reason for this error and to 
solve it.

I propose to decide upon that, when the reason for the error is found.
Then we know why it didn't work and if there is the possibility that 
something like this happens again...
Before we should not talk at large here, should we?
