[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #8790: htmlArea RTE image selection should honour hooking browsers

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
DAM or any other extension needs to extend the RTE or its own class in 
order to make its element browser available in the RTE image insertion 
dialogue.

Solution:
The attached patch restructures class tx_rtehtmlarea_select_image so 
that DAM or other extension can hook on it and thus minimize code 
redundancy and dependencies.
