[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #8717 (revisited): htmlArea RTE link browser does not honour correctly hooking browsers

FYI: The additional attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
There was a small error in the previously committed patch: TYPO3Image 
should have read as TYPO3Link.

Solution:
Correct the error.
