[TYPO3-core] RFC #8590: Fileadmins folderoverview don`t show 'B' (for byte) after filesize

Her comes version 3 of the patch in form of 3 files:

codeCleaning_class.file_list.inc.diff
* cleans the whole function according the new CGL (should be comitted first)

#3_8590_locallang_mod_file_list.xml.diff
* contains the new label <label index="byteFormat"> B| KB| MB| GB</label>

#3_8590_class.file_list.inc.diff
* implements the new feature -> give the lang label as second parameter to
t3lib_div::formatSize()
