[TYPO3-core] RFC:8575 List view: Contrast for alternating rows and hover too low

Hi Uschi,

I know we didn't define the intended workflow publically, but here's a short
overview of how I think GUI-related changes should be discussed:

1. You send it to the HCI team to get their approval usability-wise

2. Once you got their ok, you can forward their permission including a patch
to the core list to get a final review of the code and have it tested
   thoroughly.

3. After having received both approvals, a core team member will commit the
   change.

I have a pretty clear goal that there should be no more HCI-related
discussions on this list. Exceptions can only have technical reasons.

If this is already the case for this RFC, please mention this in your mail,
so we know about it :-)
