[TYPO3-core] RFC #8271: Bugfix: OpenDocs Icons: Hardcoded labels in title and alt-attributes

Hi,

i make some CGL improvements.

There are two files. 
* 8271_bugFix_class.tx_opendocs.php.diff changes the functionality

* 8271_codeCleaning_class.tx_opendocs.php.diff apply the code cleaning.
