[TYPO3-core] RFC #8505: String "File/Files" in Fileadmin are hardcoded

This is no valid argument, because a) not every admin is a Unix admin 
and b) not every TYPO3 admin as any OS admin at all. So if we have code 
that translates a file system name into something else than this string 
could be human readable. It's no effort and it leaves no questions.
