Problem:
Add default target to classes configured with classesAnchor in Page 
TSConfig.

Solution:
When defining classes for links through RTE.classesAnchor, one can set a 
target for each class, e.g. 
RTE.classesAnchor.externalLinkNewWindow.target = _blank.

If the target field is disabled via 
RTE.default.buttons.link.targetSelector.disabled = 1, the target defined 
for the predefined target is added automatically.
If the target field is enabled, the target defined for the class is 
selected already.
