[TYPO3-core] FYI: Bugfix #5013: htmlArea RTE not working in Firefox 3.0

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
There were a number of issues preventing the correct execution of the 
RTE in Firefox 3.0.

Solution:
A number of issues were fixed through the previous restructuring 
patches. Hopefully, this patch fixes (actually works around) the 
remaining glitches.

Tested with Firefox 3.0 Beta 2 on Windows XP
