[TYPO3-core] FYI: Feature/cleanup/bugfix: Restructure some plugins of htmlArea RTE

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
This is another substantial restructuring patch for htmlArea RTE.

Solution:
- Restructure plugins Find Replace, Remove Format, Insert Smiley and 
Spell Checker, so that they use the new extension/plugin API.
- Add an About Editor extension/plugin for the About button.
- There should be no functionality change of these plugins.
- Some of the side effects are that the corresponding dialogues will 
work in Firefox 3 and that hotkeys may be assigned to these buttons.
- Two spell checker bugs are fixed in passing.
