[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #1347: Indexed Search results navigation relies on JavaScript

Hey all,

this is a SVN patch request.

Branches: trunk only

Problem:
The indexed search page browser is done through JS, quite ugly.

Solution:
Provide a way to make it proper HTML (no JS involved) as an option.

Notes:
This patch was lying around in the BT for ages, there was a patch 
request a year ago. I made a new patch last week against the latest 
trunk. Hopefully this time it'll get in.
