[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed JS error when opening the TYPO3 image browser and proc.plainImageMode is not set

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
After recent feature additions to image dialogues, there is a JS error 
when opening the TYPO3 image browser and proc.plainImageMode is not set.

Solution:
Add required variable initialization.
