[TYPO3-core] FYI: fixed bug #7178: GUI of new backend is mixed up in IE6

I just fixed the new backend toolbar in IE6. kudos to Olly and Nikolas 
Hagelstein for the needed hints and inspiration.

The attached patch was committed.
