[TYPO3-core] RFC: #6995 Context Senstitive Help text should be displayed faster

Hi,

I just noticed another issue: in the Web > List view, there's a help 
icon in the header of each table listing. In this case the bubble help 
displays only an empty box with just the arrow (which correctly opens 
the popup though).

Yes, I know I should be opening bug reports about this... Coming soon.
