[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7687: htmlArea RTE context menu may produce js error

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Due to incorrect regular expression, a js error may be produced 
depending on the type of element in which the cursor is positioned.

Solution:
Make it right.
