[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7671: htmlArea RTE "Add default User TSonfig RTE configuration" not working.

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
In htmlArea RTE configuration, Default User TSonfig RTE configuration is 
not loaded because of incorrect INCLUDE_TYPOSCRIPT.

Solution:
Add missing slash in path.
