Hi Steffen

i checked your patch and tested it. It works fine! I didn't found anything 
that doesn't work as expected.
You made a good job!

I suggest to move statictemplates to external extension (TER) so we really 
can profit from this remove because shipping source is a lot smaller.
I didn't made a code review now only the praxis test, i will look to the 
code later.
