[TYPO3-core] RFC #7496: exclude for header_position, header_link

Hi Georg,

this one needs a compatVersion switch, so only if you set compatVersion 
to the latest version those fields are declared as exclude fields.

I don't think this should be introduced now that we already have a 
mostly feature-frozen TYPO3 4.2, so it's rather a candidate for 4.3.
