[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature/Bugfix #7427: Add docheaders to Filelist module

Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Branches: 4.2 and Trunk

Feature:
Add docheader support to File->Filelist module

Notes:
It takes this new feature [1] and implements it for the filelist
module, so it's somewhat an extension to that, thus the Feature/Bugfix
in the subject.

This is my first core patch, so please make sure the code looks okay
(I am sure you would do that anyway :) )
