[TYPO3-core] FYI: Bugfix #7428: htmlArea RTE: hiding a button hides the whole group

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Some RTE toolbar buttons may become hidden, for example, the acronym 
button when no acronym nor abbreviation are available in the language of 
the content element. In such cases, the whole group of buttons becomes 
hidden.

Solution:
Do not hide the group.
