[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature Request #7369: Hook for manipulating the cHash

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
In some situations it would be nice, if the cHash could be manipulated 
by an user-defined function. Imagine you have different content shown 
based on a session value of a user - but you'd like to have this view 
cached what is only possible with a valid cHash.

Solution:
Add a hook to t3lib_div::cHashParams() which allows to extend the 
parameters ('$pA') which are used to create the cHash.

Comments:
Thanks to Volker Graubaum for the initial patch/idea! I attached an 
extensions which allows one to test this hook.
