[TYPO3-core] make the tree collapsable

Hey Ingo,

+1 after testing in FF 2, although I had to modify your diff to get it 
working with my installation (see attached patch which worked for me).

Questions:
* isn't it possible to resize the navframe anymore?
* The "expand" icon is one pixel too much on the left, agreed?
