[TYPO3-core] FYI: #9978: Remove references to gzip_encode from File and Access modules

Hi!

The following change was committed to the SVN.

Type: bug

BT reference: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=9978

Problem: File and Access modules fail if Backend compression is activated. They use gzip_encode class, which is no longer used for the Backend.

Solution: remove all references to this class.
