maybe reopen is the wrong wording. Your fix does what the bug 
description does, but with the effect that it breaks abother thing. I 
only found out that it was this patch was responsible for not working 
sectionIndex.

I don't thought of reverting, but completing with sectionIndex. I will 
try to fix it but hope that you can help too, as the tslib_menu is not 
easy to follow at all.
