[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature #6601 Speed up link rendering by implementing some local caches

REMINDER #1

in my opinion, this is an inportant one! Mountpoints are broken in 4.2!

Can anyone please have a look at it and at least commit the forgotten 
patch? This definitely should go into 4.2.2. Thanks.
