[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #9157: htmlArea RTE EM setting for DAM becomes deprecated with DAM 1.1+

Problem:
Setting integration with htmlARea RTE should be done when installing the 
non-core extension.

Solution:
Starting with upcoming DAM version 1.1, htmlArea RTE EM setting for DAM 
will be ignored and the configuration variable will be unset. DAM EM 
setting should be used instead. The htmlArea RTE setting remains however 
for earlier versions of DAM.
