[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #8996: htmlArea RTE: link to file not updated when changing case in file name

Problem:
An odd bug in Firefox: using the RTE, if you set a link to a file, then 
later change the case of some characters in the name of the file, and 
come back to the RTE to update the link, the link remains unchanged. 
With any other change in the name of the file, the link is updated.

Solution:
Workaround: when updating a link in Firefox, remove the existing link 
before setting a new one.
