The problem is that the html and js code used when the user adds an 
element is copied from the preceding sibling element. The code should 
instead be dynamically generated using an ajax request like is done for 
IRRE in TCEforms_inline. Of course, this may not be easy to do in the 
context of a FCE.

+1 from reviewing and testing in BE with templaVoila and IRRE, and in 
FE. At least we got something working.
