[TYPO3-core] FYI: added @var to typo3/sysext/beuser/mod/index.php

Hi!

I added two @var statements to typo3/sysext/beuser/mod/index.php. No any change in functionality, just simplified debugging.  This change was in my local copy for a long time, I though I should commit it because it is useful for anyone who uses Zend Studio and similar products.
