[TYPO3-core] RFC #7984: Bug: stdWrap.crop now closes opened tags and counts chars correctly

Hey Jochen.

I fully agree with Masi:

This would completely change all existing crop functionality. I'd love 
to have a stdWrap.crop.respectHTML = 1 that includes your feature.

Anyway, it IS a new feature (should not overwrite any existing 
behaviours) and should go in 4.3, so let's hold on this patch for 2 more 
weeks.
