[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #8043: Highlighting text from right to left in htmlArea RTE is erratic in Firefox

Problem:
Trying to highlight text from right to left has randomly unexpected 
results in Firefox. While highlighting from right to left, Firefox 
appears to take issue with intrusive bookmarking used by the undo/redo 
handler. Bookmarks are used to re-establish cursor position/highlighting 
on undo/redo.

Solution:
Avoid insertion of bookmarks while highlighting as no change may occur 
anyways.
