[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bugfix 7317: CSH popup not working in flexforms.

Problem: A hover popup has been introduced when hovering CSH-icon. In
the current implementation the popup does not work for flexform.

Solution: Add the class 'typo3-csh-link' to the link. The attached patch
does this.
