[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #5338 - Error Installing Suggested Extensions

Problem:
If an extension has suggested extensions, they are not installed 
properly.  The extension key of a required extension is used instead of 
the suggestion which results in a data transfer error.

Solution:
Fix a typo in the EM code to use the suggested extension rather the 
required one.

This a no-brainer but its been assigned for a while, so I'll go ahead 
and post it here for approval prior to commit.
