[TYPO3-core] RFC: Fix #6574 Template nextlevel with size=3 & allowed = 1

Problem:
The field nextLevel has got a size of 3 and a maxItems of 1, so this is 
king of missleading everyone who uses this (never done it but accidently 
  tried to include 2 templates).

Solution:
Change the size from 3 to a 1.

Notes:
I don't know if the other way round is an option too, setting the 
maxItems to 3 but I guess if you would need more than 1 template on the 
nextlevel you can just include the others in the given one
