[TYPO3-core] Remove custom URL for RDCT link feature

I understand. *much* problems, *really bad*

Well. Since I can't remember any changes we made more than a year ago, the
simple solution is to look it up in the code.

So either you will find out that it has been solved meanwhile, or you will
see that it's a bug and come back with an RFC mail just as we wish to have
it in here...
