As Ingo already pointed out, your mail does not comply with the 
Core-development mailinglist rules.

This list is not meant as a usual mailinglist but as an effective 
channel to process patch requests.

That's why it is strictly not allowed to start discussions in here or 
ask questions as you did; they simply belong into the TYPO3-dev list.

There are precisely two things allowed in this list:
    1. sending patch requests adhering to the correct format
    2. replies to existing patch requests stating whether the patch
       worked or not
