[TYPO3-core] IRRE implementation bugs

Thanks Dmitry and others,
Please make sure you read both what is in "Inside TYPO3" about
versioning and workspaces and also in "TYPO3 Core API". Actually in
"Inside TYPO3" it should be more about the concept, less technical.
If anything more is needed we must add that. However I don't have
time to try again without more knowledge. I suggest that we have a
session about it at the snowboard tour in April.
I suggest that those who depended on the faulty implementation Dmitry
did will communicate with me about why the "right" implementation
doesn't work for them. This way it can become clear to me too what is
needed and we can find a solution.
I still believe that workspaces can be seen as SVN for TYPO3, however
only with the purpose of allowing people to work on a "local copy"
and test for themselves before publishing. The archival part of SVN
and CVS is NOT what workspaces was intended for as Dmitry noticed -
it's simply too much data to drag around as old unused versions plus
there exist almost no reasonable way of re-inserting older versions
again. Its a big pain.
Again; If we have a session in the core team about workspaces at the
T3BOARD08 we may succeed in describing it better for everyone.
