[TYPO3-core] IRRE implementation bugs

Hi Kasper,

I'm not commenting on your issues regarding IRRE but want to add my pov on the 
conclusions you have made:

Obviously the mother of these problems is that the workspace concept is not 
clear enough to anyone except you! So let's try to solve this problem first:

- Are the problems you've mentioned already documented in the Core API?
- Are there any misunderstandings that need to be clarified?
- Are there any misconceptions on the workspaces-side that need to be fixed?

I'm curious about Ollis and Dmitrys comments on this.
