[TYPO3-core] Question concerning bug #6245: enableFields() not called in some cases

Not always. I found it too and tried to fix but it turned out that enableFields could not be used at some moments because TYPO3 is not initialized enough at that moment. I do not remember details but I remember not to change this again when I come accross such places :)

It is quite possible that not all places are like this.
