Hey Masi

100% agreed.
We should go for a faster release cycle. But we also need people who 
contribute between the releases :).

I really hate this PHP mess with the 5.2.x where they change behavior 
and have no clue to what extent their fix would change.

Also: No hooks for 4.1!
