It was discussed: [TYPO3-dev] table "fe_groups": cruser_id,crdate missing.
This is step 1 before the cruser_id,crdate are added to the all 
cms-tables, where they are needed.

Sry, I forget to attache it. :(

It's the typo3/sysext/cms. Should be clear with the patch ;)
